We sell fabrics for 15 direct segments. The commercialized fabrics are technical fabrics, i.e., for specific applications. The fabrics are different in their composition, weight, width and bandage. Every fabric has a weight, which is called grammage, besides, it has a width in crude or any other benefaction.

+

What is the fabric weight?

Every fabric has its own grammage, and it is widely called the fabric weight. Grammage is used to measure the weight per square meter. There are two kinds of measures, one in grams (g/m²) and the other in ounces (oz/yd²). Use factor 33.906 to convert oz/yd² to g/m². For example: 10.00 oz/yd² x 33.906 = 339.06 g/m².

It is the way by which the plot is interwoven with the warp to form the fabric. Bandage is generated even before the fabric is produced in the loom. Each kind of bandage will provide a unique characteristic to the fabric such as: resistance, texture, fit, ripping etc. The most common bandages are: cloth, serge and satin. Yes. An extra percentage of the fabric price is added to the preshrunk fabrics price as they go through specific treatment during benefaction.
